Fast. Prompt. Great service. Received custom bay window cushion, exact to our required (and obscure!) dimensions due to it being a DIY build... in less than 2 weeks, delivered safely to our home. Highly recommended, and will be returning to get rest of our house cushions made.

Went there to purchase a wall unit and later, a kitchen table. Good service. Wall unit was delivered, when we got the table a couple of weeks later, they disasembed and wrapped it so it fitted in the car. A good range of solid timber furniture.

I can not remove my review but wishing I could.most of there upholstery work is outsourced and there for hardly done inhouse as real furniture makers would. sorry but they should be 100% honestsame as when you think you are buying Hardwood framed furniture 99% of there frames are 100% pine with Hardwood legs only this is also dishonest just buyer beware when you are spending big money on high ticket items. they should be 100% honest and not use fancy words and smoke and mirrors in selling methods...

I submitted a request for a quote and received a very fast and friendly response. The hard part was choosing which fabric to recover our outdoor squabs, but Chris at The Cushion Company made this very easy by sending through screenshots followed by fabric swatches. The whole process was seamless, the price was very reasonable and I cannot speak highly enough of the end result and prompt turnaround. So impressed. Highly recommend. A great way to give new life to tired cushions!
